Sustainability.
When Phantom first started pasting posters on urban walls in the early ‘80s, sustainability wasn’t a buzzword, it was just how we operated.

A bucket of flour-and-water glue, a roll of posters and a mission to get art and ideas in front of the people. Organic by default.

Fast-forward to today, and that same street-level impact is now backed by a solid commitment to sustainability. As New Zealand’s first net carbon-zero street poster company, we’re not just talking about reducing our footprint, we’re making it happen.

Our street posters start ahead of the game. No electricity, no energy-hungry servers, no endless digital churn, just pure, organic impact. But we go further. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests, our inks and glues are plant-based, and our billboard skins are fully recyclable. We’ve cut corflute from our operations, switched to electric vehicles, and continue to offset our emissions through internationally recognized carbon projects.

We’re proud to be Net Carbon Zero certified and a committed member of the Ad Net Zero initiative, working alongside the industry to reduce advertising’s carbon footprint. On top of that, we’re recognized as a Sustainable Events Supplier by the New Zealand Events Association, reinforcing our dedication to eco-conscious solutions for brands and events.
Sustainability isn’t a marketing angle, it’s a responsibility.

Every business in the 21st century needs to be accountable for its impact. At Phantom Billstickers, we’re proving that creativity and sustainability can coexist, shaping a future where bold ideas don’t come at the planet’s expense.
